NHB retains the right to rescind a purchase offer or contract prior to exchange of contracts should it transpire the property is inaccurately described, structural issues, unsatisfactory searches and legal enquiries or any other circumstances which would influence the value of the property. In the event any issues come to light after a price is agreed but contracts are not exchanged, a price may be renegotiated or NHB retains the right to completely withdraw from the transaction. NHB recommends vendors do not engage in necessary costs in relation to selling your property e.g. Removal Hire, Instruction of Legal representatives etc nor set a definite completion date until the point of exchange.
